Last Week’s Memory Making & Memory Keeping Accomplishments {1}

Last week was a great week for making and keeping memories.

Chicken Challenge | Cooking

Nathan and I bought a Traeger Wood Fire Grill and took the chicken challenge. Wow, does it help make good chicken. I made from scratch flour tortillas to accompany the chicken to share with Nathan, through taste, one of my favorite childhood food-related memories.

Harry Potter And The Cursed Child | Reading
I love the wizarding world of Harry Potter, and this book took me right back to Platform 9 ¾!

Jason Bourne | Watching
Nathan loves his movies, and I am so glad he does because just after we arrived at the movie theater, I happily-by-accident ran into my niece who I don’t see very often just as she was leaving the movie theater. Just thinking back on that makes me smile!

Flour Tortillas | Testing
Growing up in Southern California, I had access to fresh flour tortillas on a regular basis. However, I haven’t always lived where fresh flour tortillas are easily accessible so I learned to make my own from scratch, specifically recreating a style of flour tortilla that is best described as tender and floury. This recipe with pictures will be shared so stay tuned.

Pictures | Memory Keeping
Once a week, at a scheduled time, I backup and review the pictures that I made from the previous week.

What did you do last week to make and keep memories?
